OUR LEAD PASTOR AND FAMILY
Wayne and Teresa are committed to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and helping young families become great through spiritual growth and service. They have led The Fountain Church since its inception in their living room in October 1996.
God has used their ministry to encourage, support, and provide guidance to many troubled families and marriages in South Florida and across the nation. As family remains an important value, Wayne and Teresa find time to gather with their children and three grandchildren for dinner and games regularly.

MEET THE FOUNTAIN's LEAD STAFF
TaNikka Sheppard
Executive Pastor
Dr. TaNikka has served for twenty years in ministerial leadership. She joined The Fountain staff in 2020. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University, The Methodist Theological School in Ohio, and Virginia Union University. TaNikka is the founder and president of Sheppard Leadership Solutions. She is also a global scholar and leadership coach, who serves as the President of Baptist Women of North American, a VP in the North American Baptist Fellowship, and the co-chair of the Baptist World Alliance's Commission on Transformational Leadership.
Leondra ragin
Director of Operations
LeOndra has served on The Fountain staff since 2017. She has over ten years of business operations and project management experience. She has spent the last twenty years as an executive administrator in various industries, including non-profits, construction, and financial services. She has certifications in accounting processes and project management. LeOndra is also a dedicated member of the TFC Praise & Worship Team.
Joshua esther
Creative Director
Joshua is a professional musician and music producer. He has served at The Fountain since 2007. His craftsmanship and creativity with bass guitar and production has afforded him access to platforms and performances with musicians in various genres such as Austin Mahone, CeCe Winans, Tasha Cobbs, Ben Tankard, and many others. His gifting is not limited to a stage, but also translates behind the scenes as he discovers and develops innovative opportunities for others to serve.
PATRICE REID
Pastor of Young Life
Patrice is an ordained minister that has been pastoring youth since 2016. She is a published author and the founder of Push Youth Global Academy, a private training and development hub for youth and young adults in media, arts, and entertainment. She graduated from Florida Memorial University with a degree in Business Administration and a Radio & TV Broadcasting certificate from Miami Media School. Patrice also completed the Mass Crusade Evangelism training bootcamp with Christ for all Nations. She and her team witnessed over 500,000 souls coming to Jesus in Tanzania, Africa.
