Be A Blessing Opportunity - Week 4

Create handmade blankets – quilted, knit, crochet, or fleece.

• New, washable, no scents or exposure to smoke. 
• Blankets are given to children and youth of all ages – infants up to teenage youth. Approximate blanket dimensions: 36” x 36” (small), 40” x 50-60” (medium), 60” x 80” (large). These measurements are suggestions and can vary.
• All colors, themes and patterns appropriate for children & youth are acceptable
• Do not attach anything to blankets (buttons, ribbons/strings, pockets, beads, zippers, etc)
• Knit or Crochet: use soft, machine washable/dryable yarn
• Material Blankets/Quilts: use cotton, flannel, or fleece
• No-Sew Fleece: one layer only please (see video tutorial)

Please drop blankets off with the Outreach department or
mail them to The Fountain by July 31st.
